This hotel, located on a steep hill, offers great value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a sociable atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms. The breakfast buffet provides a variety of options, including cold meats, cheese, and fresh fruit.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel is located on a steep hill, providing beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with en-suite bathrooms that have showers over the bath. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.

The delicious and plentiful food with five courses at dinner, served by friendly staff, was a highlight. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. the hotel was also located in a great spot close to many attractions.
Air conditioning was turned off in the evening, leading to stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, with a well-functioning shower. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good variety of options; cold meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bread. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to public transportation, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Noisy guests, limited facilities. The hotel was unfortunately quite noisy, especially during nighttime when some guests were inconsiderate.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the new town, right in the square where the Uffizi is. It may be on a fairly steep hill, but it offers easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. the rooms are clean and spacious, with ample wardrobe space and a balcony. the bathroom is also clean, with a hot shower and large soft towels. the staff are friendly and efficient, always ready to accommodate special requests. the breakfast is decent, and the pool area is well-maintained with plenty of sun beds.
The hotel lacks a proper view, as mentioned by some previous guests.
